  • 1 can Eden (no-salt) White Beans
  • 1 whole Avocado, peeled, pitted & chopped
  • 1 Roma Tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweet onion, diced


  • 1-1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • Dried basil, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Celtic Sea Salt, to taste
  • Whole Black Pepper, to taste


  • 1. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together then pour over salad base and mix well.
    2. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
