Food, friend or foe?
Food is magical and is meant to nourish out bodies. Proteins provide structure and and aid in growth. Carbohydrates provide energy, water cleanses. However, in today’s world, mal-digestion is rampant. Gas, bloating, extended abdomen, so on and so forth.
What Are Food Sensitivities?
Food sensitivities occur when you eat a particular food and it isn’t fully digested. As a consequence the leftover pieces of food create negative reactions in the body. Unlike a true allergy reaction, you may not detect this problem anywhere from 2 hours up to 1 week.
In contrast, with true allergies you eat a peanut and you may experience an immediate rash, to wheezing and chest tightening all the way to the extreme end of anaphylactic shock. It is estimated the 3-8% of the population have true allergies; where as up to 40% of the population have food sensitivities.
