Strawberry and Walnut Salad with Goat Cheese
Try this sweet and tangy salad full of essential vitamins and minerals.
- 1/2 cup Strawberries halved
- 2 medium Radishes sliced
- 1/4 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion
- 1.5 tbsp Walnuts raw
- 1 tbsp Goat Cheese
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- 2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- Combine oil and vinegar, whisking add a very small pinch of salt. Set aside.
- To a medium bowl add mixed greens and strawberries, onion, walnuts, mushrooms, radishes, and goat cheese. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve. Top with hemp seeds for crunch and protein.
