
My Big Lean Greek Inspired Salad
A cool and refreshing salad that is inspired by a classic greek dish. Essential vitamins and minerals is what you'll get with this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- 1/2 each garlic clove grated
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 tbsp fresh basil torn
