Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Banana frozen
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger fresh
- 1 tsp Turmeric dried
- 3/4 cup Coconut milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup ice optional
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
