
Avocado-White Bean Salad
Quick, Simple and Nourishing.
Ingredients
- 1 can Eden (no-salt) White Beans
- 1 whole Avocado, peeled, pitted & chopped
- 1 Roma Tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup Sweet onion, diced
Vinegarette
- 1-1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Mustard
- Dried basil, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Celtic Sea Salt, to taste
- Whole Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together then pour over salad base and mix well.2. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
